Hosting an Event at The Commons

There are four meeting and event spaces available for reservation at The Commons on Champa:

Event Space – Capacity is 150 for a seated reception. Additional tables and chairs may need to be rented by user.

Oblong Room – Capacity is 15 seated around the conference room table.

Conference Room 1 – Capacity is 18 seated around the conference room table. Modular tables can be moved.

Conference Room 2 – Capacity is 18 seated around the conference room table. Modular tables can be moved.

QF Innovation Lounge – Mixed use, tables and chairs throughout. Capacity is dependent on furniture set, this space is ideal for small meetings or workshops
