SUPERPOWER: If Julianna had to identify one superpower, it would be collaboration. She founded Phillinnova to revolutionize nonprofit fundraising and development strategy. She believes that when organizations create a culture of connection and collaboration – internally and externally – and focus on building community around a shared mission and vision, sustainable funding is more easily obtained. She work with organizations to incorporate an entrepreneurial mindset focused on innovation and genuine connection with all stakeholders, harnessing individual passion, skills and expertise.
